Jupiter’s goal is to leverage labs to spin up several small companies (“moons of Jupiter”) in which innovative ideas are quickly and cost-effectively de-risked. Once key proof-of-concept is achieved in the “moon,” the company raises additionalcapital at a value step up for the holders of stock in Jupiter.
